Annapurna Base Camp Trek

Annapurna Sanctuary Trek is structured to keep daily altitude increases to 300–400m and 10 to 12 Km per day to minimize the possible risk of developing Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). This Annapurna Sanctuary trekking trail begins with a two day trek through forest and farmland to Ghorepani. A Poon Hill sunrise walk will introduce you to the majesty of the Mount Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Manaslu.
Then, our trek passes up the Modi Khola Valley through dense forests of oak, rhododendron, pine and bamboo and terraced village farmlands on the ridges. The friendly tea houses cater to the “foreign palate” with a variety of dishes on offer. Meeting the local communities, from different cultural groups will add to the richness of your experience.
