Helambu

Helambu is a region in highland villages. This region is the home of Hyolmo people. Helambu is the word derived from the word Hyolmo.. Hyolmo is combined from two words like ‘hyol’ means a place or a certain area ‘ma’ means goddess. This village is a place of Sherpa peoples’.

Biratnagar

Biratnagar is a metropolitan city .This town is capital of province no.1 Nepal. It is second most populated area of Nepal. The first one is capital city Kathmandu. It is the city with high population. It is counted in fourth most populous city. The population is 214,663 according to the last census of Nepal. It has cover 77.5 square km of area.

Ilam

The word Ilam is derived from Limbu language. It I composed of two words ‘li’ means twisted and ‘lam’ means road. Ilam is a district out of 77 districts. It is one of the 14 districts of Kirat in eastern Nepal. This region was an independent Limbu kingdom till 1869 BS. It covers an area of 1703 square km. There was a population of 290,254 according to Nepal census 2011.

Charikot

Charikot is a formal name of Bhimeshwor. It is located in North-eastern part of Nepal. This city is located in Province no. 3. And it is the headquarters of Dolakha district. There was population of 32,486 according to Nepal census of 2011.  The town is located above 1554 above. The region is bordered by Khimti Khola River from the East and Sun Koshi River from the West.

Hile is a hill site located 13 km north from centre of Dhankuta Bazaar. It is located in eastern part of Nepal. It is a hill town.  Hile Bazaar is famous over here. It occupies largest in area of Bazaar of Hile. It is a village surrounded by hills.

Muktinath

The word Muktinath is derived from two words “Mukti” which means ‘Salvation’ and “Nath” which means ‘God’. It means the place of salvation. Muktinath is located in Mustang district of Dhawalagiri. It is located in altitude of 3710 m above. This place is on the foot step of Thorong la in Mustang District. It is called Mukti Kshetra. Muktinath is a sacred place for both Hinduism and Buddhism.

Kakani

Kakani is a Village Development Committee situate in Nuwakot district. It lies in Province no.3 of Nepal on central Part. The population was 7,816 according to the census Nepal 1991. Recently, the place has been developed high with sport adventurous like bike riding, rock climbing, trekking, hiking, etc. We can have their different mountainous range view which is amazing.

The word Gorkha is derived from word ‘karkha’ which means ‘grass land’, change into Garkha and became Gorkha. Gorkha is a district out of seventy seven districts. It is a part of Gandak pardesh.  The district was known as Prithivi Narayan Nagarpalika. It was a district headquarters. It covers an area of 3610 square km. Gorkha is a historic place of Nepal. Gorkha is place where a name of legendary Gurkha Soldiers.

Sirubari Village is situated in Syangja district. It lies in the south west of the Pokhara. Village is situate 1700 m above from sea level.  The concept of Village tourism was firstly introduce in Sirubari Village. The word Chitwan is derived from the word Sanskrit i.e. “chitta” means heart and “wana” means jungle. Manang

 Manang is a district of Nepal situate in North Central part of Nepal. Manang borders with Gorkha, Kaski, Lamjung and Mustang district. It is border with Tibet in the North. This district ranges above 1830 m. The area of Manang district is 2170 square km. Manang district is surrounded by many mountain regions like Mt. Peru, Manaslu, Muktinath, etc. Manang district is divided into 3 eco zones.

Bhaktapur

Bhaktapur is an ancient city located in east if the Kathmandu. The word Bhaktapur literally means the Places of Devotes. It has many  names through which people calls like, Bhaktapur is knew as ‘Bhadagon’, ‘khwopa’. Bhaktapur is locating in khwopa (Bhaktapur) district in the Bagmati zone. It is divid into 10 wards administratively. Bhaktapur has the best preserve palace.

Janakpur

The name Janakpur is compos of two words in the Devnagar Script i.e. ‘Janak’ and ‘Pur’ which mean ‘Father’ and ‘village’ a renowned place for pilgrimage respectively.  Janakpurdham is the birthplace of Janaki, or Sita. Sita is the daughter of king Janak who married Lord Ram. Janakpur is very famous for Mithila region.  The biggest temple of Nepal, Shree Janaki Mandir lies in Janakpurdham.
